It would have been a reasonable expectation going in that Niwot would have dominated today’s St. Vrain Invitational, at least at the 4A level and maybe for the whole meet. That ended up being close to, but not exactly like, what happened.
In terms of the larger meet picture, Mountain Vista gave Niwot plenty to chew on, in both the boys’ and girls’ races. On the other hand, you could make a strong case that Niwot wasn’t putting the whole their best teams on the course.
