No. 3 seed Fairview advanced past No. 6 seed Regis Jesuit, 10-4, and upset No. 2 seed ThunderRidge, 10-8, to reach the championship game. The Knights are playing in the first girls lacrosse state championship game in school history, and will seek the school’s first girls lacrosse state championship.

4A

No. 1 seed Mead beat No. 8 seed Cherokee Trail, 11-8, in the quarterfinals and then defeated No. 4 seed Heritage, 11-6, to advance to the state championship game. After winning the first girls lacrosse state title in program history a season ago, the Mavericks now hope to win back-to-back championships.

No. 2 seed Evergreen defeated No. 7 Green Mountain, 23-12, and No. 6 Northfield, 19-9, in the quarterfinals and semifinals.
