AURORA – The state championship games to cap the 2025 CHSAA Ice Hockey playoffs are set for tonight, Monday March 3, at the University of Denver’s Magness, and tickets are on sale now.
All tickets are digital through GoFan. The general admission tickets are $15 (not including fees) and are good for both games. To avoid long lines at the door, fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. There are NO CASH sales at the venue. The evening starts with the 5 p.m. 4A state championship game between No. 1 Glenwood Springs and No. 2 Steamboat Springs. At 7:30, the 5A state championship will pit No. 1 Poudre School District against No. 3 Valor Christian.
All 2024-25 CHSAA cards and passes will be accepted (Courtesy Cards, Media, CHSCA, CHSAA Officials).
Please note that Magness Arena has a Clear Bag Policy in effect, and has an extensive list of prohibited items. Fans are encouraged to park (see map) in Lot 108 ($5), Lot C ($10) or Lot L ($10). Cash or cards are accepted.
All fans must enter on the west side of the arena — no other doors will be open for entry. Fan entrances will open at 4 p.m. All spectators must be in the bleachers on the west side of the arena throughout the game. No spectators will be allowed at ice level along the glass.
The games are also available for viewing on the NFHS Network. Live statistics are also available.
Media can enter the loading dock entrance on the east (loading dock is preferred, see map). They will check-in with their CHSAA 2024-2025 Media pass. This pass must be visible at all times. Student media may also check-in with their school’s 2024-2025 CHSAA Student Media pass and must wear it at all times. Per CHSAA policy, anyone on rink level must be CHSAA media credentialed.

5 p.m.: 4A Championship – No. 1 Glenwood Springs vs. No. 2 Steamboat Springs
7:30 pm.: 5A Championship – No. 1 Poudre School District vs. No. 3 Valor Christian
