AURORA — The quarterfinals have been set for CHSAA’s 1A State Football Playoffs after the final five first-round games were played Saturday.
Two double-digit seeds have advanced, with both winning Friday, as No. 10 Monte Vista knocked off No. 7 Colorado Springs Christian 21-0, and No. 12 Highland upended No. 5 Forge Christian 41-35.
Games times and dates for the quarterfinals have yet to be determined, but they will be played between Thursday and Saturday, Nov. 15.
The state championship game for 1A will be played at the CSU Thunderbowl in Pueblo on Nov. 29 at 1:30 p.m.
