Weather contingencies for this weekend’s softball state tournament

With poor weather expected in Aurora on Wednesday night, the CHSAA office has communicated its weather contingency plan to all schools involved.

The 2019 state tournament bracket for Class 5A softball.

With regional play concluding over the weekend, the state softball brackets for all classes were released on Monday.

No. 1 Rock Canyon won the Class 5A Region 1 softball tournament on Saturday to advance to state.

With a 7-2 win over Conifer and a 6-2 win over Pueblo County, Elizabeth won the Class 4A Region 4 softball tournament.

The regional softball tournaments are Saturday in all three classifications. Here is who has qualified for next weekend’s state tournament.
