No. 7 Eaglecrest football gets clutch conversion to beat No. 6 Grandview

JP Luketu’s two-point cconversion lifted No. 7 Eaglecrest football over sixth-ranked rival Grandview in a Thursday night thriller.

Eaglecrest beat Grandview 43-42 in a close top-10 Class 5A contest on Thursday.

Arapahoe football beat Overland 31-12 on Thursday night.

Ralston Valley football, ranked No. 5 in 5A, came away with a 21-3 win over Mullen on Thursday.

Dakota Ridge football, No. 2 in 4A, is now 2-0 after its 48-14 win over Bear Creek on Thursday.

Longmont football rode a strong second half to get a 47-30 win, its first victory of the season, over Monarch on Thursday night.
