The track and field state championships will resume today, Saturday, according to Plan C, which is to resume competition at 2:10 p.m. at Jefferson County Stadium in Lakewood.
Athletes will be allowed to enter 1:10 p.m. Spectators will be allowed to enter at 2 p.m. This timing will allow the Jeffco Stadium staff and officials to prepare the venue for spectators while athletes are warming up.
Today’s track session will not include 4×400 preliminaries. The 4×400 finals will run on Sunday, heats against time.
