Girls Track and Field: All Five State Champions Crowned

LAKEWOOD – The 2024 Colorado High School Activities Association’s Girls Track and Field State Championships wrapped on Saturday with one Colorado all-classification prep record being broken and 17 state meet records getting rewritten. 

Among the team race, Rock Canyon and Timnath won a state title for the first time, while Merino defended its title from last year. Niwot stretched its win streak to five-straight years and Clsasical Academy captured its first title since 2018.
