AURORA – The semifinal round of the 2024 Boys Soccer State Championships will be played Wednesday night at four sites across Colorado. All games will be at 5 and 7:30 p.m. at the respective sites.
The 5A semifinals will be played at the University of Denver’s CIBER Field in Denver, while the 4A semifinals will be played at Trailblazer Stadium in Lakewood, the 3A semifinals at the North Area Athletic Complex in Arvada and the 2A semifinals at UNC Greeley’s Jackson Stadium in Greeley.
All winners will advance to the State Championship games. Due to the Switchbacks hosting the Western Conference Finals on Saturday, changes were made to the championship schedule. The 2A and 4A finals will now be played at the Switchbacks’ Weidner Field Friday night in Colorado Springs, while the 3A and 5A championship games will be played on Saturday at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City. The 2A game will be at 4 p.m., while the 4A game will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday night. The 3A game will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, followed by the 5A game at 2 p.m.
Wednesday’s 5A semifinals will pit No. 1 Northfield vs. No. 4 Cherry Creek in the first semifinal at DU, with the two teams kicking off at 5 p.m. The second semifinal will be between No. 2 Boulder and No. 3 Broomfield at 7:30 p.m. Find more 5A game information.
The 4A semifinals will have No. 1 Mullen taking on No. 5 Silver Creek in the 5 p.m. game at Trailblazer Stadium, followed by No. 2 Battle Mountain vs. No. 3 Air Academy at 7:30 p.m. Find more 4A game information.
In 3A, No. 1 Holy Family and No. 5 Roaring Fork will play in the first semifinal at 5 p.m. at the NAAC, with No. 2 Jefferson Academy and No. 3 Peak to Peak meeting in the 7:30 p.m. game. Find more 3A game information.
Finally, in 2A, No. 2 Forge Christian will face No. 3 Crested Butte at 5 p.m., followed by No. 1 Denver Christian vs. No. 4 Salida at 7:30 p.m.. Both games will be at UNC’s Jackson Stadium. Find more 2A game information.
