AURORA – Per USAFA base policy, anyone over the age of 18 (coaches, trainers, parents, school administrators, bus drivers, etc.) planning to attend any 4A baseball games at the Air Force Academy’s Erdle Field is required to complete a Visitor Pre-Registration Request. Any players under the age of 18 and/or anyone with a valid DoD ID do not need to fill out the visitor form.
The form must be submitted IN ADVANCE of attending any games, and it’s important to note that all applications can take up to 24 hours for processing. Please plan accordingly. Anyone that does not submit a form and/or have approval to enter the base are subject to long lines and long wait times at the visitors center upon arrival.
All attendees are encouraged to fill out the form as early as possible to ensure ease of access to the campus. One submission of the form will cover access to any/all of the CHSAA baseball games scheduled to be played at the Air Force Academy between Wednesday, May 21 and Sunday, June 1.
This procedure is new for this year, so we appreciate your attention to this to ensure easy access to the games.
