This document serves as the official Constitution and Bylaws of the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA). These rules are the governing foundation for all sanctioned interscholastic athletics and activities across Colorado’s member schools.
These bylaws are created and approved by the membership, and act as an integral part of the educational process. They aim to promote competitive equity, character education, sporting behavior, teamwork, and leadership.
