Boys Golf Season Kicks Off 2024-25 Academic Year
AURORA – The first practice of the boys golf season can take place today, officially marking the start of the 2024-25 academic year for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA).

VAIL – The Colorado High School Activities Association hosted its annual Board of Directors retreat this past Thursday through Saturday. The meeting was an opportunity for the CHSAA staff to provide updates to the Board and for the group to discuss strategic priorities for the upcoming year.
AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the dates and sites of its fall state championships for 2024. Championships will kick off with the Boys Golf State Championships on October 7-8 and will conclude with the Spirit State Championships on December 12-14.

As the 2024 Paris Olympic Games begin on Friday with the opening ceremony, 13 of the American athletes in attendance will be representing the United States in the same athletic events they represented their Colorado high schools in.

The event is open to all high school Athletic Directors, Activity Directors, School Administrators and Sports Medicine personnel in Colorado.

The Colorado High School Activities Association would like to congratulate all of its 88 coaches that were honored as a Coach of the Year for their respective sport and classification this past year. There were 59 different schools with at least one coach earning Coach of the Year honors, while 23 schools had multiple recipients.
