AURORA – CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger announced on the October edition of Coffee with the Commish that Jon Hill is the October winner of the Brewed for Impact with Circle K. 
 

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Associations’ Board of Directors voted Wednesday at its October board meeting to set the MaxPreps Rankings as the sole component in postseason seeding and at-large selection for certain bracket sports, starting with the 2026-27 season. 
 

As the official ranking system that selects and seeds teams for postseason fields, the CHSAA Seeding Index provides up-to-the hour ranking of teams across a wide range of sports.

AURORA – To better understand the unique needs of the small and rural schools within its membership, the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) will be hosting two Small and Rural School Symposiums this fall.

AURORA – Fall Sports Officials Appreciation Week will take place Oct. 5-11 in both Colorado and nationally, as recognized by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). 

EVERGREEN – The Colorado High School Activities Association hosted its third annual Women in Leadership Conference on Wednesday, at the Evergreen Lake House, in Evergreen.
