GRAND JUNCTION — Sophomore Brayden Destefano stood above the rest and helped the Cheyenne Mountain boys golf team bring home the Class 4A state title on Tuesday at Tiara Rado Golf Course.

GOLDEN – Las Animas senior Damien Baca holds a one-stroke lead following the first day of the inaugural 2A Boys Golf State Championship at The Club at Rolling Hills.

PUEBLO – Following the first round of the 3A Boys Golf State Championship at Walking Stick Golf Course, Evergreen holds a 12-stroke lead in the team race, while the Cougars’ senior Tyler Long leads the individuals with a 5-under 67. 

AURORA – Following the first round of the 5A Boys Golf State Championships at Commonground Golf Course, 20 golfers sit at par-or-better with one round to go.

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has released the team and individual qualifiers for the upcoming Boys Golf State Championships. All four tournaments will held on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 7-8, at different courses across the state.

LITTLETON – Fairview swept individual and team titles at the Boys 5A Southern Regional at Columbine Country Club Wednesday, with the Knights shooting a round-best 1-under 215 and junior Miles Kuhl earning medalist honors with a 6-under 66.
