COLORADO SPRINGS — CHSAA crowned its four champions in boys soccer on Saturday at Weidner Field.

COLORADO SPRINGS — For almost 55 minutes, both Kent Denver and Steamboat Springs struggled to manufacture scoring opportunities out of whatever offensive continuity both teams could sustain. A combination of nerves when brief windows of opportunity did emerge and solid, physical defense by both teams kept the ball mostly in the middle of the field and the scoreboard stuck on zeros deep into the second half of play.

AURORA — After semifinals were played in three classes Wednesday night, all four championship matchups have been set in the CHSAA’s Boys Soccer State Tournament .
 

DENVER — Ralston Valley senior goalie Ben Brown was as cool as the other side of the pillow late Tuesday night at CIBER Field on the University of Denver campus.

AURORA — The first championship matchup for CHSAA’s Boys Soccer State Tournament has been determined, after semifinals in 5A were played Tuesday night. The other three classes will play their semifinals Wednesday.
 

ENGLEWOOD — Ralston Valley stopped a disturbing trend Saturday during the Class 5A state quarterfinals at Randy Penn Stadium on the campus of Englewood High School.
