Field hockey changes championship dates for 2016 season

Field hockey’s semifinals and championship games will move up in the week beginning next season.

It turns out there was gold on the end of the rainbow that was the 70-game unbeaten streak for the Colorado Academy field hockey team.

Colorado Academy and Cherry Creek advanced to Saturday’s state championship game after winning in Wednesday’s semifinals.
