FORT COLLINS (April 6, 2023) — The Colorado High School Activities Association, along with Colorado State University, announced a partnership to host the 5A and 4A state football championships at Canvas Stadium starting in the 2023-24 academic year. 

The proposed football leagues for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

A  notable change to Rule 10 of the NFHS Football Rules Book will eliminate the excessive penalty enforcements for offensive fouls that occur behind the line of scrimmage in high school football. 

CHICAGO – Cherry Creek’s Blake Purchase was named the 2022-23 Gatorade Colorado Football Player of the Year, Friday, Jan. 6. Purchase is the first Gatorade Colorado Football Player of the Year to be chosen from Cherry Creek.
