Gymnastics preview: Elizabeth continuing to thrive

After spending their first decade in Class 4A, Elizabeth is making the transition to the highest division this season.

The 2015 all-state gymnastics teams are led by Pomona’s Kelsey Boychuk and Standley Lake’s Rachel Cody.

Niwot began the season with plenty of question marks. On Friday at the 4A state gymnastics meet, the Cougars closed the year as champions.

Gymnastics’ regionals begin next week. Teams were then placed into one of three regionals, held at Overland, Mountain Range and Arvada West.
