THORNTON – The Class 5A gymnastics state championships concluded with the individual titles being handed out in all four events on Saturday night at Thornton High School.

THORNTON – Mountain Range gymnast Frankie Joe MacAskill left Thornton High School on Thursday disappointed at having come one spot short of the Class 5A all-around state championship.

THORNTON – Niwot captured its sixth state championship and first since 2018. 

THORNTON – Last season, the Mountain Range gymnastics team snapped a lengthy streak without a championship, winning its first state title in Class 5A and first since 2007.

THORNTON –  The first day of the 2024 Gymnastics State Championships wrapped up Thursday night with Mountain Range claiming the 5A team title, and Overland finishing second. 

AURORA – Due to snow accumulations, inclement weather and school closures for Friday in the Denver metro area, the Colorado High School Activities Association has postponed Friday’s competition for the 4A Gymnastics State Championships.

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association announced today the teams and individuals who have advanced to compete in the 2024 Gymnatics State Championships. 

Arvada West (Class 5A) and Standley Lake (4A) won titles during the regional gymnastics competition held Saturday at Arvada West High School.

AURORA – Mountain Range and Niwot won the Mountain Range Regional Gymnastics Championships Thursday night at Mountain Range High School.
