AURORA – Round of 32 play has been completed in the 2023 Softball State Championships. The winner of each of the eight sites and the runners-up will all advance to the Round of 16. 

AURORA – The eight site champions and the eight runners-up from the 3A Softball State Championships Round of 32 have secured their spot in the Round of 16 tournament bracket that will play out next weekend at the finals site.

AURORA – The final 11 teams for the 5A Softball State Championships were determined Saturday in Round of 32 play at various sites around the state. In addition to the five teams that clinched a spot in the Round of 16 state bracket yesterday, Arvada West, Broomfield, Cherokee Trail, Columbine, Horizon, Rocky Mountain and ThunderRidge all secured their spots today.

AURORA – The top eight seeds of the 4A Softball State Championships Round of 32 bracket held true on Saturday, as Holy Family, Riverdale Ridge, D’Evelyn, Lutheran, Discovery Canyon, Berthoud, Windsor and Pueblo County all went undefeated and captured the two wins required to secure a spot in the upcoming Round of 16 bracket.

Four 5A softball teams – Chatfield, Eaglecrest, Erie, Fossil Ridge and ThunderRidge – secured spots in the 2023 Softball State Championships Round of 16 state tournament bracket by winning both games in Friday’s Round of 32 play at various sites across the state. Movement was also made throughout the 4A Round of 32 bracket, while all 3A contests will be played tomorrow.

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the round of 32 brackets for the 3A, 4A and 5A Softball State Championships.
