It’s been an exciting start to the girls tennis season in 2023 with plenty of great matches and tournaments as well as the new team state tournament on the horizon for the first time this spring. To align more closely to how things run in the college ranks, high school tennis programs in Colorado are being introduced to a dual-style postseason bracket this spring.

The 2021 all-state boys tennis teams are presented by CHSAANow.com, ColoradoPreps.com and MaxPreps.

DENVER – For the 38th time in program history, the Cherry Creek girls tennis team are state champions.

With no defending champion in the mix, this year’s Class 4A No. 1 singles bracket appeared to be wide open and the classification’s top-tier title anyone’s for the taking.

St. Mary’s senior Ellie Hartman claimed the No. 1 singles title while D”Evelyn won its second straight team championship at the Class 3A girls tennis tournamnet. 

PUEBLO – Like in many past years, the final day of the 2022 Class 4A girls tennis state tournament will feature a pack of talented teams chasing 23-time champion Cheyenne Mountain.
