AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced its preseason coaches’ polls for the 2025-26 boys basketball season.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 21, 2025) — A trio of changes to address when goaltending and basket interference are called are among the changes to high school basketball rules for the 2025-26 season.

LAKEWOOD — The 3-pointers were raining down at the Gold Crown Field House on Tuesday night.

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the 2024-25 all-state boys basketball teams. The teams are presented by CHSAANow.com and MaxPreps.

These teams were created based on voting by head coaches across the state, with players placed onto first team, second team and honorable mention based upon votes received.

?A specific player of the year vote was held in each class, as was a vote for coach of the year.

Gatorade today announced Cole Scherer of Valor Christian High School is the 2024-25 Gatorade Colorado Boys Basketball Player of the Year. Scherer won the award last season, as well.

DENVER – All six of the Colorado High School Activities Association’s state champions were crowned Saturday on the final day of the 2025 Boys Basketball State Championship Tournaments. 

DENVER – A year after finishing runner-up in 2024, the Kent Denver boys basketball team cleared that final hurdle this winter and won the Class 4A state championship.

DENVER – It has been a long time coming, but the Windsor boys basketball team is a state champion once again.

DENVER – Perfection continued for the Resurrection Christian boys basketball team on the biggest stage in Class 3A.
