With history teetering on the edge of falling, Ball Arena had the opportunity to bear witness to something that had never been done.

DENVER — Pomona flexed its dominance once again on the wrestling mats during the 3-day state tournament at Ball Arena.

DENVER – Mead High School was expected to be the best team in Class 4A wrestling this season – and the Mavericks lived up to the hype.

DENVER – Five teams and 196 individuals were crowned state champions Saturday, the final day of the 2024 Colorado High School Activites Association’s Wrestling State Championships, at Ball Arena.

The 2024 state wrestling tournament features 17 unbeaten wrestler and 38 returning champions, including six potentional four-time champions.

The 2024 Colorado High School State Wrestling Tournament, hosted by CHSAA at Ball Arena, is Feb. 15-17.
