Alpine Skiing: All-State Teams Released for 2024-25 Season

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has released the Alpine Skiing All-State Teams for the 2024-25 season. These teams were compiled by the Colorado High School Ski League. The CHSAA Skier of the Year is the skier that earned the most points for their team at the 2025 CHSAA Alpine Skiing State Championships

Nordic Skiing: Summit Boys, Lake County Girls Win Inaugural Team State Championships

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS – The Colorado High School Activities Association’s first-ever Nordic Skiing State Championships were held Thursday and Friday in Steamboat Springs, with Lake County winning the girls team title and Summit capturing the boys championship. This year marked the first time that the skiing state championships were divided into an Alpine and Nordic division. Previously the Alpine and Nordic team scores were combined to determine a state champion.

Nordic Skiing: Start Lists Released for State Championship

AURORA – The 2025 Nordic Skiing State Championships will be hosted in Steamboat Springs this Friday and Saturday. The individual start classic race will take place at the Steamboat Ski Touring Center on Thursday, while the mass start skate race and the mixed discipline team spring relay – a new event for this year – will be at the Howelsen Hill Ski Area Nordic Center on Friday.

Alpine Skiing: Aspen Sweeps Team State Championships

ASPEN – The Aspen Highlands hosted the Colorado High School Activities Association’s first-ever Alpine Skiing State Championship Thursday and Friday, with Aspen sweeping the boys and girls team titles. This year marked the first year that the skiing state championships are divided into an alpine and nordic division. Previously the alpine and nordic team scores were combined to determine a state champion.
