AURORA – The 2025 Colorado High School Activities Association’s Alpine State Championships will be held this Thursday and Friday at the Aspen Highlands in Aspen. 

AURORA – Skiing is, in some ways, a brand-new game this year.

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has released its Skiing All-State Teams for both alpine and nordic skiing. These teams were created based off of results from the Skiing State Championships. 
 

Over the course of the last two weeks, the Colorado high school team state champions have been crowned for skiing, in addition to alpine’s giant slalom and slalom, and nordic’s skate and classic individual state champions. 

The Colorado high school skiing state championships wrapped up on Friday, and in the end, this year’s competition was all about Summit.

GRANBY – On the final day of the 2024 Skiing State Championships, Battle Mountain’s Lindsey Whitton and Summit’s James Sowers claimed Nordic titles in 5k classic.

Summit’s Ella Hagen and Poudre School District’s Cade Shortridge won individual skate state titles on Thursday, the first day of the Nordic Skiing State Championships at the YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch.

The Colorado High School Activities Association’s 2024 Alpine Skiing State Championships will be held this Thursday and Friday at at Loveland Valley Ski Area in Dillon. 

DILLON – Summit High School completed the sweep of the Alpine events following the second day of the 2024 Skiing State Championships, as senior Ella Snyder and sophomore Seth Montgomery captured the state titles in slalom at Loveland Valley Ski Area Friday. Yesterday, freshman Elodie Olsen and sophomore Seth Montgomery won the giant slalom state championships yesterday.
