DILLON – Summit High School swept the girls and boys Giant Slalom state titles on the first day of the 2024 Alpine Skiing State Championships with freshman Elodie Olsen capturing the girls title and sophomore Seth Montgomery winning the boys championship.
The Colorado High School Activities Association’s 2024 Alpine Skiing State Championships will be held this Thursday and Friday at at Loveland Valley Ski Area in Dillon.

The team champions were crowned at the 2023 state skiing champions, Friday evening. Both defending champions successfully defended their titles, as the Battle Mountain girls, and Summit boys teams captured gold.
The 2023 Colorado state skiing championships got underway Thursday with the Alpine giant slalom and Nordic skate events.
