LAKEWOOD – Cherokee Trail’s three-year run as Class 5A boys state track champions came to end, but not to just any old team.
 

LAKEWOOD – The 2026 Colorado High School Activities Association’s Boys Track and Field State Championship wrapped up Saturday at Jeffco Stadium. Throughout the three days, 70 individual champions were crowned across the five classifications, in addition to 20 relay champions and five teams.
