BOULDER — No. 5 Fairview football beat No. 9 Rocky Mountain 44-28 to stay undefeated on Thursday night.
Fairview’s defense may have given up 28 points, but they forced a number of turnovers, especially in key situations.
Rocky Mountain’s Tyler Hyland threw for 183 yards and Josh Rhead ran for 2 touchdowns and 48 yards. Fairview’s Johnny Feauto threw for 370 yards, 3 touchdowns and ran the ball in for another score.
