Photos: Palmer Ridge tops Pueblo East to claim second 3A football title

PUEBLO — Raef Ruel ran for three touchdowns and the Palmer Ridge defense came up with two pick-sixes in a 47-38 win over Pueblo East in the Class 3A football state title game.
