AURORA – The Colorado Activities Association has released its inaugural Esports All-State Teams for its spring esports championship: Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart and Unified Mario Kart.
LAKEWOOD – All three of the spring Esports State Championships were awarded Thursday at Localhost. The day started with the second-annual Unified Esports State Championship being awarded in Mario Kart, followed by the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe champions being crowned.
LAKEWOOD – For the first time in school history, ThunderRidge High School are the newest CHSAA Esports State Champions.
LAKEWOOD – Champions again. George Washington High School, winners of the CHSAA Esports State Championship in Super Smash Bros. last year, earned its second-consecutive state title in the game this afternoon at Localhost.
History was made again as Smoky Hill High School was the first program to win consecutive unified esports state championships for Colorado.
AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association will host its 2026 Spring Esports State Championships on Thursday, April 30 at Localhost in Lakewood. Trophies will be awarded in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart Deluxe 8 and Unified Mario Kart.
At Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, Colorado, inclusion is not a slogan on a poster or a paragraph in a handbook. It is a lived experience – visible in hallways, echoed in assemblies and most recently celebrated with a state championship banner earned by the school’s Unified Esports team.
AURORA – The top-four seeds are still alive in the Colorado High School Activities Association’s Spring Esports State Championships, and all four will advance to play the semifinal round in person in at Localhost on Thursday, April 30.
