DENVER — Trailing 40-38, Rock Canyon scored four points in the final five seconds to beat Grandview and secure a spot in the Class 5A boys basketball Final 4.
Nick Janedis hit the winning shot for the Jaguars.
FORT COLLINS — Five players scored in double figures, led by Iseri Palacio’s 19 points, as No. 11 Fort Collins beat No. 27 Arapahoe 77-61 to reach the Class 5A boys basketball Great 8.
FORT COLLINS — Fort Collins boys basketball is into the sweet sixteen in 5A’s state tournament. The Lambkins took down Broomfield 79-66 behind a 32-point effort from Jacob Pfaffinger.
Denver Christian completed a furious comeback with a 3-pointer just prior to the buzzer to beat Highland on Tuesday.

Denver Christian had trailed 28-18 going into the fourth quarter but outscored the Huskies 20-7 in the final frame to secure the win.
The Thunder are now 11-7 and ranked No. 14 in the Class 2A RPI, while Highland is now 13-5 and ranked 17th.
FORT COLLINS — Iseri Palacio led five players in double figures as Fort Collins boys basketball beat Horizon 71-36 on Friday.
Palacio led the Lambkins with 14 points.
HIGHLANDS RANCH — Tess Boade had 15 points, Mary Newland added 11 and Valor Christian won a matchup of defending champions against ThunderRidge to open the season, 48-45.
